Party Leader and Chairman
TurmoilTerraforming Mars
The first delegate placed in a party becomes its Party Leader. If any player, including the neutral player, has more delegates in a party than the Party Leader, they replace the Party Leader marker with one of their own from that party. When the Dominant party becomes ruling, its Party Leader becomes Chairman and gains 1 TR. A tie does not replace the current leader.
