MarsBot's M€ at Game End

MarsBot scores its leftover M€ by the generation the game ended in, rounding down: up to 12, 1 VP per 8 M€; 13, per 7; 14, per 6; 15, per 5; 16, per 4; 17, per 3; 18, per 2; 19, per 1. For example, 24 M€ in generation 14 is 4 VP. With Prelude the table shifts 2 generations earlier (see MarsBot with Prelude).
