Can't Afford Your Income Payment

If your income level is negative and you can't pay the full amount, remove any of your own Industry tiles from the board (never Link tiles) for half that tile's build cost each, rounded down, stopping as soon as the shortfall is covered; you keep any excess. Whatever is still short costs you 1 VP per £1, if you have VP to lose. Tiles can never be removed for money for any other reason.
