End of the Canal Era

After the shared era-end scoring (Links, then flipped Industry tiles), the Canal Era adds its own cleanup: remove every Level 1 Industry tile from the board (back to the box, not to its owner's Player Mat), refill each Merchant's empty beer space, then turn each Discard Pile's face-down bottom card face up, shuffle all Discard Piles into a fresh Draw Deck, and each player draws 8 cards for the Rail Era.
