Step 3 Card Drawn in Phase 2 or Phase 5
ClarificationPower Grid
Drawn in Phase 2, the Step 3 card counts as the highest plant at the end of the future market for the rest of the phase, and you shuffle the stack (with the plants that were under it) at once. After Phase 2, remove the lowest current-market plant and the Step 3 card without replacing them, and Step 3 starts in Phase 3. Drawn in Phase 5, remove the card and the lowest current-market plant without replacements and shuffle the stack; resupply uses the centre values one final time and Step 3 starts next round.
