Placing Greenery After Oxygen Is Maxed
ClarificationTerraforming Mars
You can still place greenery after oxygen reaches 14%. It raises neither oxygen nor your TR, but still gives the space's placement bonus. At game end it still scores 1 VP for its owner, and 1 VP for the owner of each adjacent city.
