Manhattan Plant Market Update and Game End

Bremen / ManhattanPower Grid

At first put the 2 biggest future-market plants face down on a discard pile each round. When the stack runs out the first time, shuffle the discard pile into a new face-down stack; from then on put the biggest future-market plant face down below the stack. When it runs out the second time, from the next round you can buy any plant in the whole market and the smallest plant is removed into the box each round, and with an empty market you can't buy plants. The game ends immediately after Phase 4 when a player has connected 18 districts (2 players), 17 (3 or 4), 15 (5) or 14 (6).
