Manhattan Building and Transit

Your first house goes on any empty building space on the board, paying its cost (10 to 40). A space directly adjacent to your houses costs only its building cost. If you go through one or more spaces without connecting them (blocked ones, or ones you choose not to connect), pay a flat 5 Elektro for each, plus the building cost. Example: reaching a 20 space through 1 blocked and 1 empty space costs 30 (2 × 5 + 20). Against the Trust, while it has houses in its supply, each time you connect a new building space it puts a house on a space with the same or the next higher building cost.
