Manhattan Discounted Plant
If you buy the discounted plant in Manhattan, you can buy another plant during the same phase. Against the Trust, if the starting player chooses the discounted plant for the first auction, the Trust then takes its plant, and both players are still in the auction and can each still buy 1 plant.
