Robot Phase 3 Tiles

Normal production plus cheap: it buys a normal production, then every resource priced below 5 that it has plants and room for. All resources: as many as it can afford, leaving the most expensive in the market. Last: as many as possible if it is last in player order, otherwise normal production; Normal production only: just that; Least available: normal production, then as much as possible of the least available resource (1 uranium counts as 3), but no extra if it can't store that type or several tie. Odd turn: normal production on odd turns and all resources on even turns, tracked with two houses of an unused colour.
