The Special Ability tile gives the robot one edge: 100 Elektro at the start; always last in player order; pays only half its bid (rounded down) for a plant; all its city spaces cost 10 (connection costs still apply); its first city each Phase 4 costs 0 including connection cost; or income for +1 city when supplying.
