Actions After the Last Parameter Is Maxed
ClarificationTerraforming Mars
The game ends only when that generation finishes, so after the last global parameter is maxed everyone keeps taking actions, including funding Awards, until all have passed. Then, after production, players may convert plants into greeneries before final scoring.
