Global Events

A Global Event card moves from Distant to Coming to Current. A neutral delegate goes into the party at its top left when it is first shown, and into the party at its mid right when it becomes Current. The Current Global Event is performed in the Turmoil phase, so there is none in generation 1. Events that count something count up to 5, and your influence then modifies that number, even beyond 5.
